Policies
Catering orders will include all necessary plates, utensils, napkins and condiments in quantities consistent with your order. We also supply all food and beverage equipment needed to ensure food is served properly. China and linen service can be rented for your event at an additional charge. Our catering attendants will deliver, set-up and pick up your order at your requested location.
We ask for a 48 hour notice for catering orders but understand that last minute needs do arise. Please contact the catering office for your last minute needs and we will make every effort to accommodate them. Perpetually late last-minute orders will be subject to a $25 “Rush” fee. Advance hours are counted on a M-F business week, and weekends and holidays are not counted when determining advance orders. For example, we request that an Monday 8AM Breakfast order would be placed by 8AM the Thursday prior to avoid the “Rush” fee.

If you are hosting an important all-day event or a large scale meeting that requires more attention that just a set up, delivery and pick up, we can arrange for you to have a catering attendant to tend to any immediate needs that arise. Speak to our catering manager to schedule an attendant to make sure your event is a success!

We know that at times you may need to cancel an event with short notice. Due to our advanced preparation, complete cancellations within 48 hours will not incur any charges. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the total, and less than 24 hours will incur the full cost. Beverage orders may be cancelled at any time provided the order has not left the kitchen.
The safety of our guests is our top priority. To ensure we meet all local, state and federal guidelines, leftover food will not be allowed to leave an event. Outside food and beverage are prohibited at Eurest catered events.
